2026 - BREAKTHROUGH

The first 2 months of 2026 for EQUILIBRIO can be summarized in one word – “BREAKTHROUGH.” This word has many meanings, for us it means recognizing our capabilities, how to improve our strengths & confront our weaknesses to get out of our comfort zone to make some far reaching impacts being a Force for Good! 💫

This collage below symbolizes our success over the first 9 years of our business as we have grown and now WE have moved into EQUILIBRIO’S own corporate office, WE have been blessed enough to purchase to call our Own! These pics were all taken during our ribbon cutting ceremony last Tuesday 2/24/26 as we cut the Ribbon with so many smiling faces with our Team members that make EQUILIBRIO what it is today! EQUILIBRIO is not just made up of 1 or 2 great people, it’s a Collective effort from 50+ Team members in our movement to make Skilled Home health Balanced with patient & family centered care through our programs and technological advancements. The past 9 years successes have allowed us to share this moment with so many community support businesses and friends along with the Chamber of Commerce and the Mayor’s commission that all continue to support us as we Breakthrough into new territories & opportunities growing in Hampton Roads as well as Virginia! My wife Kim, who is our CEO along with myself is blessed to have a TEAM that is always looking to get better as we cast a wider net to make a difference with progress, not perfection in aspects of what we do!👏


Special thanks to my C12 group that is made up of some of the most talented, successful & kind hearted faithful men & women CEOs across Hampton roads joining us in the journey of being a Force for Good in their business movements as well. At EQUILIBRIO we have to carry our message in the communities we serve with making a difference, but doing what we love to do as it’s in our hearts & C12 truly has that ❤️.

Wanted to thank the many businesses that came out to support us including the Mayors council and the Chamber of Commerce as we’re looking to continue supporting our local Chamber as our business grows. Special thanks to Jen w Taste – Groovin’ Gourmet for always making our events look and taste great with their amazing food options! 🙌

2026 is already off to a fast start in our new corporate office! The Best is truly yet to come with new breakthroughs in technological DME and in home devices EQUILIBRIO will offer to help our patients/family’s ensure the best outcomes & safety for our patients in the home setting. New specialty programs targeting a “Balanced Parkinson’s Program” along with fall monitoring programs are just the tip of the iceberg! Stay tuned, as this movement in being a Force for Good is just getting started with so many amazing professionals that make EQUILIBRIO possible!
